What is Game Threads?

Game Threads manages 5 data types including inventory items. Helps you organize, track, and share your work in 1 place for teams and solo users.

Does every team automatically receive a team store?

No. A team store is set up only after your custom design is approved and your products, sizes, and ordering details are configured. Availability depends on your program.

When can a team store be opened?

Once your team's custom design is approved and Game Threads has configured the approved products, sizes, and an order deadline, your store can be opened for players and families.

Can players order and pay individually?

Players submit their own orders with their name, number, and size. Payment is arranged according to your store's setup, such as Venmo or Cash App. Online card payment is not guaranteed for every store.

Can players change the approved design?

No. Players order from the approved team design, products, and options configured for the store. The artwork itself is locked.

How are names, numbers, and sizes collected?

Each player enters their name and number where required and selects their size as they add approved items to their order.

What happens when the store closes?

After the order deadline passes, the store stops accepting new orders and submitted orders are organized for your team. Contact Game Threads about any orders missed after the deadline.

Can our team reorder later?

Approved designs can be kept organized in the Uniform Vault, which can make future orders easier to begin. Pricing, product availability, and minimums are confirmed at the time of a future order.

Who can manage a team store?

Coaches, team managers, and admins with access can view orders, track payment status, and share the store link. Players order through the store link without needing an account.
