How do we start a custom uniform order?

Choose your sport, compare the current packages on our Custom Uniforms page, and submit a custom design request. Game Threads reviews your information and begins the artwork process from there.

How do we choose a sport and package?

Open the Custom Uniforms page to compare every sport program, the items included in each package, and the current minimum quantities. Select the sport and package that fit your team to begin.

Can Game Threads help us choose the right package?

Yes. Game Threads can help you compare available sport packages, minimum quantities, and add-ons to find the setup that fits your team. Contact us for guidance.

What information should we have ready?

Having your sport, approximate team size, team colors, logo or design direction, and any sponsor notes ready helps the artwork process move quickly. You can share these during the design request.

Which sports does Game Threads support?

Game Threads supports custom programs for Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Cornhole, and Billiards. View each program on the Custom Uniforms page.

Where can we compare current packages?

The Custom Uniforms page shows every sport program, the items included in each package, starting prices, and add-on options. Displayed program data is the current source of truth.

Are minimum quantities the same for every sport?

No. Minimum quantities vary by sport and are shown on each program. Some add-on items, such as Pacific Headwear hats, may carry a separate minimum. Confirm the current minimums on the Custom Uniforms page before ordering.

Are matching apparel and accessories included or optional?

Each package lists exactly what is included. Matching shorts, pants, hats, hoodies, and other apparel may be part of a package or available as add-ons. Add-on items are optional and are shown on each program.

When does the artwork process begin?

The design process begins after you choose your sport and package, share your team's direction, and complete the artwork and design fee.

What is the artwork and design fee?

Your $100 artwork and design fee starts the custom design process and is credited toward your completed team order.

Does production begin before artwork approval?

No. Production begins only after your artwork is approved and your order, roster, and payment requirements are satisfied.

Can customers request revisions?

Yes. You receive digital mockups for review and can request revisions before approving the artwork and before production begins.

Where are size charts located?

Size charts are available on the Size Chart page. Review them before submitting your roster and finalizing sizes.

How are names, numbers, sizes, and quantities submitted?

You submit your roster — player names, numbers, and sizes — during the order process. Required information depends on your sport, product, package, and ordering setup.

Does every product support names and numbers?

Names and numbers are added where included by the selected product or package. Availability depends on what you choose, so confirm what is included on your program.

When must roster information be finalized?

Roster information is finalized before production begins. Production starts only after your artwork is approved and your order, roster, and payment requirements are satisfied.

Can roster information change after production begins?

Because custom apparel is made specifically for your order, sizes and details should be verified before final approval. Contact Game Threads as soon as possible if something changes.

Does every team receive a Team Store?

No. A Team Store is set up only when appropriate for your program, after your design is approved and products, sizes, and an order deadline are configured. Availability is conditional.

When can a Team Store be opened?

Once your team's custom design is approved and Game Threads has configured the approved products, sizes, and an order deadline, your store can be opened for players and families.

Can players submit orders without an account?

Players order through the store link without needing an account, entering their name and number where required and selecting their size as they add approved items.

Can players change approved artwork?

No. Players order from the approved team design, products, and options configured for the store. The artwork itself is locked.

Are online card payments guaranteed?

No. Online card payment is not guaranteed for every store. Payment is arranged according to your store's setup, such as Venmo or Cash App.

How are payment instructions handled?

Payment instructions depend on your store's configuration. Game Threads sets up the approved payment method when the store is configured.

What happens when a store deadline is reached?

After the order deadline passes, the store stops accepting new orders and submitted orders are organized for your team. Contact Game Threads about any orders missed after the deadline.

What must be completed before production?

Production begins only after your artwork is approved and your order, roster, and payment requirements are satisfied.

What does full-dye sublimation mean?

Sublimation transfers approved artwork into compatible performance fabric using heat and pressure, so colors, patterns, names, and numbers become part of the applicable garment rather than sitting on top as a thick surface layer.

Does every product use sublimation?

Sublimation applies to compatible sublimated products, not every item in the Shop. Confirm whether a product is sublimated on its program or product page.

How are order details reviewed?

Orders are reviewed against the approved artwork and submitted order information before shipment.

Is live production tracking available?

You can view your order status and updates in My Orders (sign-in required). Live internal production tracking is not available.

How are shipping and tracking details handled?

When tracking information is available, it may be associated with the shipment record. Shipping and delivery details are confirmed according to the approved order and selected fulfillment setup.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping and delivery details are confirmed according to the approved order and selected fulfillment setup.

What is the Uniform Vault?

The Uniform Vault keeps approved team designs organized so eligible future orders are easier to begin. Access and reorder eligibility depend on your account and program.

Can teams reorder later?

Approved designs can remain organized in the Uniform Vault, which can make eligible replacements and future orders easier to begin. Pricing, product availability, and minimums are confirmed at the time of a future order.

Are reorder prices guaranteed?

No. Pricing may change and is confirmed at the time of a future order.

Do minimum quantities apply to reorders?

Minimum quantities may apply to reorders and are confirmed at the time of a future order.

What if a product is discontinued?

Product availability may change over time. Discontinued products are not guaranteed and are confirmed at the time of a future order.
